Dream a Dream

I had a dream my daughter was walking down the aisle on a sea of sparkles ....

Katy's bouquet was made as a hand tied large tight bunch. Wrapped in sheer cocoa brown braided organza. Crystals accented the wrap and inside the blooms. The large California standard rose was called "coffee break", brown cocoa-cola orchid with pure white mini callas and fluffy white ostrich feather spikes.

Large and grand buffet table piece. White Fuji's, rose, hypericum berry, seeded euch, green spray rose, standard white callas.

The attendants bouquets were mixed ivory roses, green ice cymbidium orchid, green hypericum, curly willow tips and a surround of brown feather and seeded cedar, soft and fragrant.

Like Katy's bouquet, I chose Mom Denise to have orchids, both in a shade of brown. This orchid is called "cocoa-cola" Crystals accent the flowers and a newer jewelry style wrist bracelet.

At the reception at the Mirage, the tables were covered in espresso brown, the white sparkled leaf, the celadon greens and crystals and sticks and crystal birds carried the theme.

Each table had chunks if ice and clear votives to enhance the shimmering effect. This color combination was chose by the mother-of-the-bride . The choices were stunning in January, a strong departure from the norm.

Spectacular 7 foot curly willow arrangement decorates the two family tables. This with the extra LED lighting glimmers at night.

Decorating the tall bistro tables, are clear cubes wrapped in cocoa brown laser cut ribbon. This is the coffee break rose, however looking orange in this photo.
Touches on the attendants bouquets included this wonderful wrap of rose organza on shiney sage silk.

Grandmother's lovely corsage, brown cymbidium orchid, wax flower and china berry, a brown feather accent. Very neutral without being boring.
